Return Policy: If your StabilizerFLEX and /or 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head are found faulty or unsatisfactory, the product must be placed in shipment for return at your cost WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE. Returned units must be in saleable condition with all accessories, documentation, and original packaging. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. The StabilizerFLEX Studio reserves the right to refuse any refund or replacement request at its sole discretion. You are require to contact us first to advice us of your intention and explanation of why you will like to return or repair your product before shipping the item to us.
